Honestly I just remember him getting his jaw broke in that WWF brawl. Sucks to die young though.
God bless Dr Death. One of the toughest men in the game. Favorite match with him was with Stan Hansen in AJPW.

Watched him through Mid south, UWF, NWA, Japan and WWF. He was a great wrestler. Always a joy to watch. R.I.P he will be missed.
