I agree, just because the game is kinda flawed as far as graphics or frames per second go, does not mean the game will be awful. there are worse games that may have better graphics
The human mind IS complicated, when watching a movie, we don’t get the same amount of adrenalin as we do from playing a video game, adrenalin makes you more alert, and causes you to think faster, and see faster fps, meaning that in an intense situation, you could be thinking faster than the game is showing on the screen, resulting in skipping.

human eye does have fps. 75fps i think
Everybody who says that the human eye can’t catch 30 fps is wrong, the human eye is more complicaded. It doesn’t have fps. Still who gives a shit if a game isn’t 60 fps, most of all the movies uses 24 fps.

These framerate problems could have been fixed, but probably weren’t because if deadline issues (as is mostly the case with videogames)
